our take on rectangles + dots

Here's my take on this week's design experiment. Using only rectangles and dots, I created a "hello" card. I treated the rectangles as stripes and arranged them in a random pattern on the card, interspersed with rows of dots. The color scheme is shades of gray with chartreuse as an accent. I love using white for text when it's set against a dark backdrop, as in the case of the "hello" text on the charcoal stripe.

The design wraps around the back of the folded card, which is blank on the inside.
